Where we need work, and none of it is advertised.
The platform needs work in the areas below. None of them is an advertised role, and no application is tied to one.

| Risk and review | Looking at accounts, documents and activity, and picking up anything that doesn't add up. |
Working practice
How we work.
The platform is early in its development. Work sits close to the product and decisions get written down. Not every term of employment is settled, and we say which ones aren't.
- The product is used with clients' own money, so accuracy comes before speed
- Decisions get written down, so the next person can find out why something behaves the way it does
- We raise questions early, whether they're about trading or about code
- If a feature isn't ready, we say so, including to clients
- We check material written by others and correct it where it's wrong
Terms not yet settled
Our corporate and regulatory position isn't published yet, and several terms of employment follow from it. We leave those terms unpublished rather than guessing at them.
- Pay ranges, leave and benefits aren't published
- We publish no office locations, so the work is carried out remotely
- The form of contract depends on where the company is registered
- Support with work permits isn't available at this stage
If an enquiry goes further, we set out which terms are fixed and which aren't before anyone commits time.
