Support
How the terminal, the account record and the wallet work.
Screens, records and settings, grouped by the part of the platform they belong to. Each group sets out what the platform shows you and what it holds.
Reference
What each part of the platform does.
Balances, fund history, positions and trade history, on one screen. Deposits and withdrawals are arranged from there.
Payment methods are configured per region. The account record determines which of them are available to you, and each carries its own minimum and maximum.
Withdrawals are limited to available funds. Funds committed as margin to an open position are not available for withdrawal until that position is closed.
The account record
What the account holds
Your name, phone number and country sit in Settings. The country recorded on the account determines the payment methods available to it.
Reporting currency
The reporting currency is US dollars, euros or pounds sterling. A change alters the denomination label only; no currency conversion is applied.
Appearance
Dark or light appearance, and the choice of colour scheme, are stored per device.
The terminal
Terminal access
The terminal runs in a web browser. There is no client installation and no desktop executable. A demo account is the route to the terminal; its simulated funds cannot be funded or withdrawn and carry no financial exposure.
Instrument list
The instrument list covers Forex, Commodities, Crypto, Indices and Shares, with a search box and category filters. Selecting an instrument opens its price chart.
Order ticket
The ticket carries buy or sell, the margin commitment, and a leverage selection up to the applicable limit. Stop loss and take profit are optional. The margin requirement is disclosed before submission.
Keyboard shortcuts
Shortcuts are bound to the actions repeated most often in the terminal.
The risk summary
What the risk summary reports
Equity, margin used, realised and unrealised profit and loss, and win rate. Each one describes a different property of the same account.
Equity and balance
Balance is settled funds. Equity adjusts that balance by the unrealised profit or loss on open positions, so the two figures differ while a position is open.
Margin used and free margin
Margin used is the total committed to open positions. Free margin is what remains of equity for new positions.
Realised and unrealised profit and loss
Realised profit and loss is on closed positions, and it is already in the balance. Unrealised profit and loss is on open positions, and it moves with the quoted price until the position is closed.
Account records
Records held on the account.
The transaction and position record is in the terminal, on the account itself.
Fund history
Every deposit and withdrawal made on the account.
Open positions and orders
Positions currently held, with live profit and loss and a close control.
Trade history
Closed trades, held on the Wallet screen.
Funding activity
Deposits and withdrawals summarised on the dashboard.
Account access
Look at the whole terminal before you commit anything.
A demo account starts with simulated funds and carries no financial exposure. That balance cannot be funded or withdrawn, and the terminal on it is the full terminal.
